How to Buy and Watch
When will the replay be available?
A: In most cases, replays will be available to watch on-demand within 30 minutes of the event ending. In rarer cases, some events may take up to 24 hours to watch on-demand due to video production issues or network connectivity issues that require obtaining a recorded copy to upload to the site.
Are MP4 downloads included with my purchase?
A: Yes! All purchases come with a downloadable MP4 file. Check the event page to get your copy before the purchase expires.
Who do I contact with any problems viewing & downloading videos?
A: With any technology and internet, occasional issues with the signal may arise. There is a Viewing Tips page available that can help resolve most issues. If you're still experiencing a problem, please reply to your email purchase receipt or use the website's contact page.
Which devices are supported to watch the events?

What will my credit card statement show for my purchase?
A: Credit card transactions are processed by Rivur Suite Communications with RIVUR LIVE on your credit card statement. Any disputes filed against Rivur Live will immediately lose access to their purchased content unless you call your bank to remove the dispute.
What if a live stream I paid for is cancelled?
A: Payments for any cancelled events will be applied as a credit toward a future event. No refunds.
Refunds and Exchanges
A: CCAA is provided on an "as is" basis. We will not have any liability to you for the quality, cancellation, or abandonment of any event, or the failure to show any event as scheduled or advertised, nor where you are unable to watch any event on any specific platform or device. All pay-per-view sales are final: there are no refunds for any reason. If you've purchased the wrong event, we will exchange it for another event of the same value.
